Plan BE Rentals was founded in January 2022 in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. It began with four vehicles, each given its own name — a small fleet, a big idea, and the belief that travel works best when travellers and locals actually meet.
Today, Plan BE is more than a rental company. It's a community-based fleet: part-time residents and travellers can add their own vehicles, share operating costs 50/50, and benefit from a flexible, collaborative rental network. Everyone contributes. Everyone benefits.

Martin & Chantal
Martin and Chantal founded Plan BE in 2022 with a simple belief: that travel works best when visitors and locals actually connect. A husband-and-wife team based in Playas del Coco, they run every rental personally — and treat every guest like a neighbour.
